RED POLLY

RED POLLY
Welcome to Red Polly: a contemporary residential building in Amsterdam-Noord where style, comfort, and flexibility come together. The affordable owner-occupied apartments up to €405,000 have almost all been sold – but the best is yet to come.
The market-rate apartments are now available from €670,000 (freehold) and offer a unique opportunity to live in a home that adapts to your life. Thanks to the flexible floor plans, you can easily create a layout that suits your needs – whether you want a home office, an extra bedroom, or a generous living space. These spacious two-bedroom apartments are designed with an eye for light and comfort. The open-living room creates an open, warm atmosphere, while sliding double doors give you the freedom to choose between privacy and openness. The kitchen-diner forms the heart of the home, perfect for cosy dinners or quiet mornings with coffee.
At the entrance, there’s space for an additional work area, ideal for remote working. The master bedroom overlooks the green courtyard, and with a southeast-facing balcony, you can start your day with sunshine. The internal storage room has space for both a washing machine and dryer, everything is thoughtfully and practically arranged.
