Where is the new Polly development located?
Polly is located in the Klaprozenbuurt ,situated between the Northern IJ shores (NDSM, Buiksloterham) and the older neighborhoods of Noord. This is between Klaprozenweg, Zijkanaal I with its harbor for houseboats, Buiksloterdijk, and the Bloemenbuurt.
What will the future Klaprozenbuurt look like?
In the future, Klaprozenbuurt will have over 2,000 homes. For starters, couples, families, and the elderly. The residential buildings will be surrounded by lots of greenery. A new park will also be created. The ground floors of the buildings on Klaprozenweg will house businesses and shops, making it a lively street. Klaprozenbuurt will have a primary school, two supermarkets, shops, offices, a primary school, and facilities for hospitality, healthcare, and welfare.
What does Polly’s housing development consist of?
The development consists of 158 homes for sale divided into two projects. Red Polly includes 64 apartments and Orange Polly 94.

Are the homes sold under leasehold?
Red Polly can be purchased with or without leasehold. The apartments in Orange Polly are sold without leasehold and are on freehold land.

No, only Red Polly has 10 parking spaces available in the underground garage. These parking spaces are reserved for the free sector homes.

Why are the prices of the houses not yet fixed?
